Payments & gold weight

How you can pay, and how gold weight differences are settled.

Gold weight difference: jewellery is handmade, so the final gold weight can vary slightly from the estimate. If the final gold weight of your piece is lower than what you paid for, we refund the difference to your SR Cash.

Payment

  • We accept cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and EMI.
  • Cash on delivery is available for orders under ₹49,999.
  • You can also pay with Smiling Rewards, SR Credits, SR Cash and gift cards at checkout.
  • For purchases above ₹2,00,000, Indian tax rules require your PAN, or Form 60 if you don't have one. We can't dispatch the order without it.
