Good to know
- Smiling Rewards are 3% of the invoice value, including any part paid with Smiling Rewards, SR Credits or SR Cash.
- Cancelled, returned and exchanged orders don't earn Smiling Rewards. A piece bought through an exchange earns them after its own 15 days.
- If you cancel or return an order you paid for with Smiling Rewards, they go back to your balance with their original expiry dates. Any that have already expired by then can't be restored.
- Smiling Rewards can pay up to 25% of the order value, after any coupon. They can be used only on orders and can't be withdrawn or transferred.
