What your piece is worth to us, for life.
What you can do after the 15 days depends on how you bought the piece. You choose Value or Promise for each piece in your bag.

- Lifetime Exchange: exchange the piece for another design at any time. Promise pieces get 100% of the prevailing gold and diamond rates, less any discount received on them; Value pieces get the current gold value only. The amount, less ₹750 courier charges, goes to your SR Credits. Upgrade (Promise only): trade the piece towards a bigger one.
- After a Lifetime Exchange: a piece bought with Lifetime Exchange credits gets a 15-day exchange (no money back). If you exchange it within those 15 days, the piece you choose next is final, like any piece bought with 15-day exchange credits.
- Lifetime Buyback: sell the piece back to us at any time. Promise pieces get 10% less than the Lifetime Exchange value; Value pieces get the current gold value only. The amount, less ₹750 courier charges, is paid to your SR Cash.
- Courier charges: ₹750 for each Lifetime Exchange, Lifetime Buyback, Repair or Resize request, on Promise and Value pieces. It covers only the courier, not the service itself. It's deducted from the Lifetime Exchange or Buyback value, and shown as a separate line on the Repair or Resize invoice.
- Exchange, buyback and upgrade values are calculated at our rates on the day of the request.
- Value pieces: Lifetime Exchange and Buyback pay the current gold value only, with nothing else deducted, subject to verification. The diamond isn't included.
