Three ways to use your Promise
Standard Exchange
Walk in anytime. We value your gold and diamond at our current store rate, and the full credit goes toward any new Smiling Rocks piece. No time limit.
Buyback
Walk in anytime. Gold is bought back at the current market rate, the diamond at 10% below our current store rate. Paid by bank transfer within seven days.
Guaranteed Upgrade
Trade up to something bigger. Your diamond is always credited at the rate you originally paid, even if the market has since fallen — and if gold has risen, you get the higher rate. The new piece must be at least 1.5× your original invoice and carry Promise protection.
