How your piece is valued later

Lifetime Exchange

Exchange for another design at any time, even after 15 days. Promise: gold and diamond at 100% of the day's rates, less any discount you received on them. Value: the gold only. The amount, less ₹750 courier, goes to your SR Credits.

Lifetime Buyback

Sell the piece back to us at any time. Promise: 10% less than the Lifetime Exchange value. Value: the gold only. The amount, less ₹750 courier, goes to your SR Cash, which you can transfer to your bank.

Upgrade

With Promise, trade your piece towards a bigger or different one, using its full value as SR Credits.

Questions

Is the diamond different?
No. Both options use the same certified laboratory-grown diamond and the same gold. Only the after-sale benefits are different.
When do I choose?
In your bag, before checkout. Every piece is added as Value; switch it to Promise if you want Lifetime Exchange, Buyback and Upgrade at full value.
Can I choose differently for each piece?
Yes. You can pick Promise for one piece and Value for another in the same order.
Can I buy with Value and still exchange later?
Within 15 days of the invoice date, any new order can be returned for a refund or exchanged, on Promise and Value. After that, the gold in a Value piece can be exchanged at the day's gold rate. Lifetime Exchange, Buyback and Upgrade at full value come only with Promise.
