Free, insured delivery across India; pickups and courier charges.

• Where we deliver: anywhere in India. We don't ship internationally yet.
• Cost: shipping is free and fully insured on every order. Pickups for returns, 15-day exchanges and size changes within 15 days are also free.
• Courier charges of ₹750 apply only to Lifetime Exchange, Lifetime Buyback, Repair and Resize requests.
• Ready-to-ship pieces are delivered in about 3 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 14 working days. The product page shows the expected delivery date for your pincode.
• Delivery times are estimates and may change because of holidays, weather or other events outside our control.
• Tracking: we send updates on WhatsApp, and you can follow every order in My orders.
• In the box: your jewellery, its diamond certificate (IGI, SGL or GIA), the invoice and a professional cleaning kit.
• At delivery: check that the package is sealed. If it looks opened, tampered with or damaged, don't accept it, and message us on WhatsApp straight away.
