SR Credits Terms & Conditions

1. About SR Credits

• SR Credits are store credits that Smiling Rocks, run by Anand Jewel Trends Limited, adds to your account. ₹1 of SR Credits is worth ₹1 off an order.
• SR Credits are different from SR Cash. SR Cash is your own money from refunds and buybacks and can be transferred to your bank. SR Credits can only be used on orders.
• By using SR Credits, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Use.

2. How you get SR Credits

Transactional credits, valid for 180 days from the day they are added:

• The value of a piece exchanged within the 15-day window.
• The value of a Promise piece under Lifetime Exchange or Upgrade, less making charges including GST.
• A gift card amount refunded after the gift card has expired.

Promotional credits, valid for 60 days from the day they are added:

• Referral: ₹200 when a friend joins with your code.
• Review: ₹50 for each piece you review after it is delivered.
• Profile: ₹100 for completing your name, email and birthday, once per account.
• Special-day surprises and other offers, given at our discretion.

3. Validity and expiry

• Every credit shows its own expiry date on your SR Credits page.
• Credits not used by their expiry date lapse and can’t be restored or extended.

4. Using SR Credits

• SR Credits can be used at checkout on our website and in our stores to pay for part or all of an order.
• The credits closest to expiry are used first.
• SR Credits can be used together with coupons, Smiling Rewards, SR Cash and gift cards. They can’t be used to buy gift cards.
• Pieces bought with exchange credits follow the exchange rules in our Shipping, returns & warranty policy.

5. Cancellations and returns

• If you cancel or return an order paid partly with SR Credits, the credits go back to your balance with their original expiry dates. Any that have expired by then can’t be restored.
• If a return changes the coupon on the pieces you keep, any coupon adjustment is taken first from SR Cash, then SR Credits, then Smiling Rewards.

6. No cash value

• SR Credits have no cash value. They can’t be withdrawn, transferred to SR Cash or a bank account, exchanged for cash, or moved to another account.

7. Fraud and misuse

• Self-referrals, fake or paid reviews and duplicate accounts are not allowed.
• We may cancel SR Credits obtained through fraud, misuse, a payment chargeback or a technical error, or reverse orders paid with them.

8. Changes

• We may change how SR Credits are earned, including amounts and validity, with notice on this page. Credits already in your balance stay valid until their expiry date.

9. Law and help
