6 months against manufacturing defects, and how to look after your jewellery.

Warranty

• Every piece has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the invoice date.
• Repairs under warranty are free. ₹750 courier charges apply to every repair, in or out of warranty.
• After 6 months: repairs are chargeable. We inspect the piece and send you a quote covering labour and any gold or diamond needed. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote; if you decline, we send the piece back and only the courier charge applies.
• Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, stones lost from impact, and repairs or changes made by anyone else. Missing or added components are charged.
• To claim: open the order in My orders and tap Repair, message us on WhatsApp, or bring the piece to any of our stores.

Care and cleaning

• Every piece comes with a professional cleaning kit.
• Bring your jewellery to any of our stores for a free clean and check-up. You can book a visit in advance.
• To keep it sparkling, take it off for swimming, the gym and housework, and store each piece separately so stones don't scratch each other.
